For check-in after the indicated time and in any case not later than 10:00 p.m., a surcharge of €30.00 will be applied to the established price.

Yes. When you book and to confirm your reservation, you will be asked to pay the cost of the first night by bank transfer.

The property doesn’t have a room designated for this purpose, but if we are on site, we can help you with this, depending on our availability.
If this is not possible, there are several luggage storage facilities at the SMN Central Station, which are listed in the Welcome Book in your room.
No. Upon arrival, we will provide you with the external door code and a magnetic card to open your room door.
You will therefore have complete autonomy.
You can park your car in the streets around the building, exclusively on the ‘blue lines’ and in any case paying attention to the following indications:
- parking spaces marked with ‘blue lines’ are subject to a fee (€2.00 per hour) from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., while parking is free at night and on public holidays;
- Spaces marked with "white lines" and "yellow lines" are reserved for residents or holders of special permits, so parking here is subject to a fine.
In addition, from midnight to 6 a.m. on the first Saturday of the month, night-time cleaning takes place, so parking is prohibited.
However, there are some private paid parking nearby, details of which will be provided on request, or are indicated in the Welcome Book in your room.

The historic centre of Florence is about 1.5 km away and can be easily reached on foot with a pleasant walk of about twenty minutes.
Alternatively, the bus stops are 200 metres away:
- Take bus n. 17 – 17b – 17c from Via Ponte alle Mosse 125 (stop “Ponte alle Mosse Marcello”) and get off.
- at the “Beslan Fortezza” stop and continue on foot along Via Valfonda, towards the Central Station, for about 8 minutes.
Or
- at the “Fratelli Rosselli” stop and continue on foot along Via Alamanni towards the Central Station for about 10 minutes.
We do not recommend using a car to reach the historic centre.

Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
For cancellations less than 14 days and more than 24 hours before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount will be charged (with a minimum charge of one night).
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
