Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
For check-ins after the indicated time, subject to availability and in any case no later than 10:00 p.m., a surcharge of € 30,00 will be applied to the established price.
VERY IMPORTANT:
IT’S NECESSARY TO COMMUNICATE THE APPROXIMATE TIME OF CHECK-IN AT LEAST ONE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL (by email, telephone, text message or WhatsApp).
On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. (check-out).
All prices are per room per night.
To confirm your booking, we require payment for the first night by bank transfer.
Payment for the room must be made by bank transfer at least one week before arrival.
The tourist tax of €6.00 per person per night (for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights) is not included in the price and must be paid directly upon arrival, in cash only (children up to the age of 11 are exempt).
Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
For cancellations made less than 14 days and more than 24 hours before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount (minimum cost of one night) will be charged.
For all stays, in case of no-show or cancellation on the day of arrival, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
